At Eric Fred Fisheries Private Limited we have a simple mission – to preserve & deliver frozen, the widest possible range of meat with goodness intact to every home.

But then, how do we do this?
We ensure that the meat quality is never compromised by enforcing stringent controls at every step of the process. We use technology to monitor temperature through the entire product journey. This ensures that the product will never melt in our watch.

Why is it important?
Most frozen meats maintain freshness and shelf life by the process of freezing and not due to the use of chemicals. In case the meat melts and refreezes, it impacts the taste, freshness and could also make it unsafe to eat. So never melt and refreeze any frozen meat when cooking!
